Customized trivia cards for your wedding reception or cocktail hour! Serves as a fun game and ice-breaker for your guests to enjoy on your wedding day.

Game cards are fully customizable with your text and game idea.
Options are endless, but could include:

• General trivia questions about the couple/bridal party/venue/etc.
• Trivia questions about wedding traditions, history, movie references, etc.
• Multiple choice trivia questions
• "Would You Rather…?" type questions
• "What if…" hypothetical questions
  … or whatever else you can think of!

Specs for One Set of Cards:

• 30 game cards
  • 3.5" x 2.5" (standard poker card size)
  • Front/photo side of card is full color
  • Back/text side is black & white
  • Printed on glossy card stock
• Card deck box packaging (2.75" wide x 3.75" high x .625" deep) — in your choice of color
• 2.25" x 3.25" packaging label (applied to front of box)

Custom Design Includes:

• Up to 30 custom trivia/game questions
• Up to 5 different photos for the front sides (these will repeat amongst the cards)
• Your names + wedding date — see photo for font options
• Colors can be customized to coordinate with your wedding

All text and photos are provided by you.

Pricing / Ordering:

Pricing includes a custom design fee of $250. Please see the drop-down menu for full pricing for up to 25 sets of cards. Contact me for pricing and turn-around time for more than 25 sets and/or more than 30 trivia questions.

NOTE: Ordering one set will include 30 different game cards (plus box packaging). All additional card sets in your order will be duplicate copies of the first set, and have the same 30 trivia questions.

Looking to make a commercial trivia card game or prototype?

The pricing shown above is not meant for commercial products for resale and/or high volume orders. You're welcome to reach out for a custom quote for your project, which would include:

• Custom graphic design and artwork
• Digital file setup
• A printed prototype / small batch printing
• Final high-res PDF files, with a usage license for unlimited print runs (you could then take these to the commercial printer of your choice, or if you have a printer lined up I can provide files according to their specs)

My minimum design fee for a commercial project such as this starts at $1500 and goes up from there. 

Standard processing time for design, production, and delivery is a minimum of 4 weeks. This allows:

• 1 week for design, checking the proof, and revisions
• 2 weeks for printing/production
• 1 week for delivery (Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days, but I prefer to allow at least one week as a buffer)

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROCESSING TIME BEGINS AFTER I'VE RECEIVED ALL WEDDING DETAILS.**
You should factor in additional time to complete my questionnaire and provide any photos or other necessary information. Actual timeline is dependent on how quickly you provide these details, respond to proofs, and give feedback/revisions. The number of revision rounds may also delay the process.

Once you’ve placed the order, I will provide a schedule of deadlines based on your event date, and keep you updated on your ship date as we go!

The Process:

1. Place your order online and provide payment
2. Within 24 hours, I will email you links to your questionnaire to gather wedding details.
3. Content: Complete the questionnaire and submit high-res photos as needed.
4. Proof: After receiving your completed questionnaire, your 1st PDF proof is emailed within 3 business days.
5. Revisions: each revised proof can take 1-2 business days.
6. Final approval of proof is required before printing begins.
7. Printing/Production: 2 weeks
8. Delivery: 2-3 business days*

*Delivery time is an estimate given by USPS and is not guaranteed. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.

Overnight shipping via FedEx is also available for an additional fee.

Rush orders are sometimes available, depending on my current schedule. Please contact me before placing your order to ensure I can accommodate your event date. There is an added fee for rush orders; cost is dependent on the overall timing.

Text

All text is customizable and determined by you. I can provide examples and suggestions as needed.

Photos

Photos you provide must be high-resolution to result in a quality printed product (generally larger file sizes are better). They will sometimes be marked "300 dpi" or "Print Resolution" when downloading from a photographer.

Fonts & Design Style

Fonts and the overall design style used are as pictured in this listing. If you’d like to explore different fonts or change other major aspects of the design, please contact me for a quote!

Proofs + Revisions

Three (3) PDF proofs are included with your order: the initial proof, plus two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions after the 3rd proof are subject to a $25 fee per proof.

Approval

Final approval is required before sending your order to print. Please check the proof carefully. I always do my best to fix obvious errors when I see them, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure all information, grammar, and spelling is correct before approving the proof to be printed.

After approval, the final is immediately sent to the printer, and any further changes will require additional fees to reprint your order.

Returns

Since this is a customized item, I cannot accept returns. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order. See the Shop Policies page for full policies on custom orders.
