The statistical content is fully customizable, and all text is written by you. I will provide examples and starting points to help you with the process.
FONTS & DESIGN STYLE
The fonts, icons and infographics that are incorporated into your design will be consistent with the design style pictured in this listing. If you’d like different fonts or a different design style, please use the Custom Request Form for a quote!
PROOFS + REVISIONS
Three (3) PDF proofs are included with your order: the initial proof, plus two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions after the 3rd proof are subject to a $25 fee per proof.
Final approval is required before sending your order to print. Please check the proof carefully. After approval, the final is immediately sent to the printer, and any further changes will require additional fees to reprint your order.

Timeline & Process
On average, the design/production process takes about 3 weeks. After shipping, standard delivery time is usually 2-3 business days. Actual timeline is dependent on how quickly you give me content and respond to questions or proofs. I will provide a schedule of deadlines based on your event date, and keep you updated on your ship date as we go.
- Place your order online and provide payment
- Within 24 hours, I will email you links to your personal questionnaire. Fill it out with your wedding details, stats, and information.

- Complete the questionnaire and submit your high-res photos by email.
- Proof: After receiving all content, 1st PDF proof is emailed within 3 business days
- Revisions: each revised proof can take 1-2 business days
- Final approval of proof is required before printing begins
- Printing/Production (after approval): 1 week
- Delivery*: Estimated time is 2-3 business days for USA orders
*Delivery time is an estimate given by USPS and is not guaranteed. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. For international orders, delivery time varies and packages may be delayed at customs. Customs fees and VAT taxes are NOT included; international customers are responsible for these fees if applicable.
Overnight shipping options via FedEx and rush printing/production times can be arranged for additional fees; please contact me for a quote.
Policies & Notes
Since this is a customized item, I cannot accept returns—but please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order. I definitely want you to be happy with your prints! Please review the Shop Policies for more specific details before placing your order.
Colors may vary across different monitors and devices. What you see on your screen may not match the final prints. If color matching is a concern, please consider ordering a sample pack with a printed color chart for more accurate color selection.
Photos you provide must be high-resolution to result in a quality printed product (generally larger file sizes are better).
I always do my best to fix obvious errors when I see them, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure all information, grammar, and spelling is correct before approving the proof to be printed. Once the design is approved and sent to the printer, any further changes will require additional fees for reprinting your order.
