  • The invitation fits into a standard A7 (5.25 x 7.25″) envelope.
  • Standard color schemes as shown are brown & green, or brown & blue. (Contact me if you’d like a custom color scheme!)
  • Wording can be customized.
    Note: A redesign fee of $25 will apply if significant revisions to the layout are needed to fit more words/lines of text or other custom design requests. If this is the case, you will be notified before any work begins and invoiced as necessary. Feel free to contact me before ordering if you have any questions!
  • Includes blank envelopes (choice of white, kraft, or metallic options: gold, silver, crystal, rose).

Paper Choices

  • Textured Felt: An uncoated card stock with a soft, woven pattern texture.
  • Pearl Shimmer: A shimmery metallic card stock with a smooth, luxurious, satin-like finish. (Please note that colors are more muted and less vibrant on this paper, but the beautiful shimmer really comes through.)

Fonts & Design Style

Fonts and the overall design style used are as pictured in this listing. If you would like a new, custom design with a different style, layout, or fonts, please contact me to receive a quote.


Your order includes three (3) PDF proofs, sent by email: the initial proof, plus two (2) rounds of revisions. Revision requests after proof #3 are subject to a $25 fee per proof.


Final approval is required before sending your order to print. Please check the proof carefully. After approval, your order immediately moves on to the printing phase, and any further changes will require additional fees to reprint the order.

Timeline & Process

On average, the process from order date to ship date is about 2-6 business days. After shipping, standard delivery time is usually 2-3 business days. Actual timeline is dependent on the quantity ordered, and how quickly you give me content and respond to questions or proofs.


  1. Place your order online and provide payment
  2. Fill out the questionnaire.
  3. Proof: After receiving all content, 1st PDF proof is emailed within 1 business day
  4. Revisions: each revised proof can take 1 business day
  5. Final approval of proof is required before printing begins
  6. Printing/Production (after approval): 1-3 business days
  7. Delivery*: Estimated time is 2-3 business days for USA orders

*Delivery time is an estimate given by USPS and is not guaranteed. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. For international orders, delivery time varies and packages may be delayed at customs. Customs fees and VAT taxes are NOT included; international customers are responsible for these fees if applicable.

Overnight shipping options via FedEx and rush printing/production times can be added on for additional fees; please contact me for a quote.

Policies & Notes

Since this is a customized item, I cannot accept returns—but please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order. I definitely want you to be happy with your prints! Please review the Shop Policies for more specific details before placing your order.

Colors may vary across different monitors and devices. What you see on your screen may not match the final prints. If color matching is a concern, please consider ordering a sample pack with a printed color chart for more accurate color selection. 

Photos you provide must be high-resolution to result in a quality printed product (generally larger file sizes are better).

I always do my best to fix obvious errors when I see them, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure all information, grammar, and spelling is correct before approving the proof to be printed. Once the design is approved and sent to the printer, any further changes will require additional fees for reprinting your order.

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. If timing is critical, please contact us before placing your order, and we can discuss upgraded shipping options via FedEx with guaranteed overnight delivery. FedEx rates vary and are based on the product/quantity ordered and the delivery zip code. FedEx shipping upgrades are billed separately via electronic invoice.
