- 2-page Newspaper:
– 7″ x 10″ flat sheet / 7″ x 5″ finished size (folded in half)
– Results in 2 pages of content, one sheet front and back
– Digitally printed on gray paper (70 lb. text, uncoated, acid-free)
– Black & White or Full Color options
NOTE: Elopement newspapers are NOT printed on traditional newsprint; the gray paper is similar but a heavier weight with a nicer quality. Printed samples are available to order—let me know if you are interested!
– Blank A7 invitation envelopes are included, in a wide variety of available colors
– Printed envelope liners are available as an upgrade

Envelope printing/addressing is an added upgrade option..Use the Custom Request Form to request pricing or place an order.
ALL NEWSPAPERS INCLUDE:
- Masthead title of your choice
- Front page headline, article + photo
- Fun Facts sidebar about the couple/elopement (optional)
- Back page mini article (or continuation), with photo
- Custom crossword puzzle with up to 15 clues/answers (optional)
- Fully customized content—any of the items listed above can be removed/replaced with a different feature/article/section of your choice! The layout and options shown are just an example. You are only limited by what can fit in the available space.

All text is written by you. After placing the order, I will send a questionnaire to help you gather the content for the newspaper. I can also provide example articles and starting points to help you with the process.
FONTS & DESIGN STYLE
Fonts and the overall design style used are as pictured in this listing. If you’d like custom fonts and/or style (i.e.: aged/vintage, art deco, western, etc), please use the Custom Request Form for a quote!
PROOFS + REVISIONS
Three (3) PDF proofs are included with your order: the initial proof, plus two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions after the 3rd proof are subject to a $25 fee per proof.
Final approval is required before sending your order to print. Please check the proof carefully. After approval, the final is immediately sent into production, and any further changes will require additional fees to reprint the order.

Timeline & Process
Standard processing time for design, production, and delivery is 4–5 weeks. This allows:
- 1+ week for design, checking the proof, and revisions
- 2 weeks for printing/production
- 1 week for delivery (Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days, but I prefer to allow at least one week as a buffer)

You should factor in additional time to prepare content, complete my questionnaire, and provide photos. Actual timeline is dependent on how quickly you provide all text and photos for the newspaper, respond to proofs, and give feedback/revisions. The number of revision rounds may also delay the process.
Once you’ve placed the order, I will provide a schedule of deadlines based on your event date, and keep you updated on your ship date as we go!
- Place your order online and provide payment
- Within 24 hours, I will email you links to your personal questionnaire and a file of example articles.
- Complete the questionnaire and submit your high-res photos by email.
- Proof: After receiving all content, 1st PDF proof is emailed within 3 business days
- Revisions: each revised proof can take 1-2 business days
- Final approval of proof is required before printing begins
- Printing/Production (after approval): 8-10 business days
- Delivery*: Estimated time is 2-3 business days for USA orders
*Delivery time is an estimate given by USPS and is not guaranteed. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. For international orders, delivery time varies and packages may be delayed at customs. Customs fees and VAT taxes are NOT included; international customers are responsible for these fees if applicable.
Overnight shipping via FedEx is also available for an additional fee.
Rush orders are sometimes available, depending on my current schedule. Please contact me before placing your order to ensure I can accommodate your event date. There is an added fee for rush orders; cost is dependent on the overall timing.
Policies & Notes
Since this is a customized item, I cannot accept returns—but please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order. I definitely want you to be happy with your prints! Please review the Shop Policies for more specific details before placing your order.
Colors may vary across different monitors and devices. What you see on your screen may not match the final prints. If color matching is a concern, please consider ordering a sample pack with a printed color chart for more accurate color selection.
Photos you provide must be high-resolution to result in a quality printed product (generally larger file sizes are better).
I always do my best to fix obvious errors when I see them, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure all information, grammar, and spelling is correct before approving the proof to be printed. Once the design is approved and sent to the printer, any further changes will require additional fees for reprinting your order.
