  • Booklet measures 3.5″ x 8.8125″ — matted onto 4″ x 9.25″ card stock (solid color of your choice)
  • Professionally printed on 120 lb. uncoated card stock
  • Features 4 tiered pages: cover, invitation, RSVP, Map/Hotels
  • RSVP page is perforated and fits into an A1 envelope
  • Booklet is full color, one-sided, hinged at the top
  • Entire package fits into a #10 envelope
  • Optional upgrade: Hole-punched and tied with ribbon at top
  • Customized with your text, photos, and wedding colors

HOW TO ORDER YOUR INVITATIONS:

  1. Choose the desired quantity and options from the drop-down menus above, place the order, and complete payment.
  2. Fill out the questionnaire to provide the information and wording for your invitation
  3. I will be in contact with you soon to confirm the order and clarify the details! A proof of the design will be ready within 3 business days.

FONTS & DESIGN STYLE
Fonts and the overall design style used are as pictured in this listing. If you’d like to explore different fonts or change other major aspects of the design, please fill out the custom request form for a quote!

PROOFS + REVISIONS
Three (3) PDF proofs are included with your order: the initial proof, plus two (2) rounds of revisions. Generally, minor typos or text changes after the third proof will not incur additional revision fees. However, major layout changes and/or excessive revision rounds may be subject to a $25 fee per proof, at the discretion of Artful Pixels.

APPROVAL
Final approval is required before sending your order to print. Please check the proof carefully. After approval, the final is immediately sent to the printer, and any further changes will require additional fees to reprint your order.

ASSEMBLY
Your order will arrive with the booklet assembled and bound. If you’ve chosen to include the ribbon embellishment, that will be assembled as well. Envelopes will not be stuffed. I do offer discounts if you would like to DIY any aspect(s) of the booklet assembly, binding, or ribbon embellishment. Please fill out the custom request form or email me for a quote.

Timeline & Process

On average, the process from order date to ship date is about 3-4 weeks. After shipping, standard delivery time is usually 2-3 business days. Actual timeline is dependent on how quickly you give me content and respond to questions or proofs. I will provide a schedule of deadlines based on your event date, and keep you updated on your ship date as we go.


THE PROCESS:

  1. Place your order online and provide payment
  2. Fill out the questionnaire.
  3. Proof: After receiving all content, 1st PDF proof is emailed within 3 business days
  4. Revisions: each revised proof can take 1-2 business days
  5. Final approval of proof is required before printing begins
  6. Printing/Production (after approval): 2 weeks
  7. Delivery*: Estimated time is 2-3 business days for USA orders

*Delivery time is an estimate given by USPS and is not guaranteed. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. For international orders, delivery time varies and packages may be delayed at customs. Customs fees and VAT taxes are NOT included; international customers are responsible for these fees if applicable.

Overnight shipping options via FedEx and rush printing/production times can be added on for additional fees; please contact me for a quote.

Policies & Notes

Since this is a customized item, I cannot accept returns—but please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order. I definitely want you to be happy with your prints! Please review the Shop Policies for more specific details before placing your order.

Colors may vary across different monitors and devices. What you see on your screen may not match the final prints. If color matching is a concern, please consider ordering a sample pack with a printed color chart for more accurate color selection.

Photos you provide must be high-resolution to result in a quality printed product (generally larger file sizes are better).

I always do my best to fix obvious errors when I see them, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure all information, grammar, and spelling is correct before approving the proof to be printed. Once the design is approved and sent to the printer, any further changes will require additional fees for reprinting your order.
