PHASE 1: QUOTE & CONSULTATION
After you fill out my initial questionnaire, I’ll present you with a custom quote tailored to your needs, vision, and budget. Once we work out all those details and agree to move forward, I’ll ask for a 50% retainer of the estimated cost to complete your booking. That’s when the process really begins! I’ll send over another questionnaire to help me learn more about your love story and you as a couple, which will inspire the design of your wedding stationery and ensure it’s customized especially for you. I’ll also send over a link to your exclusive client portal, which will help keep all the details of your order organized and on track.
PHASE 2: LOOKBOOK & SKETCH
Now that I know more about the two of you, I’ll create a custom lookbook of your stationery suite — including a sketched mockup of all pieces and artwork, color palette, design aesthetic, and inspiration imagery. We’ll go over all these details and confirm that we’re on the same track! Once you’re happy with everything I will proceed in creating the artwork and design of your stationery.

PHASE 3: DESIGN PROOFS
Yay, your sketch and lookbook are approved! I will create your custom design and artwork, and send over digital proofs for your review and approval. At this time you can review final wording and make tweaks until everything is perfect. Two rounds of revisions are included in the pricing of your order. (Additional revision rounds are also available as needed, billed at the flat rate stated in your proposal and contract.)
PHASE 4: PRINTING & PRODUCTION
I’ll send the approved artwork to the printer and ensure the production process goes smoothly. If you’ve requested any assembly as part of your order, I can take care of those wrapping, tying, addressing, gluing, and stamping details as well! Final stationery items can either be carefully boxed and shipped directly to you, or I also offer mailing services and can mail out your final invitations on your behalf.
Many finishing details are decided during the initial quoting stage, but can also be added on at any time during the process!
