Custom crossword puzzle Save the Dates! Serves as a fun game for your invited guests to enjoy, as well as a nice memento for them to keep while your wedding date approaches.

The puzzle itself is customized for you and your future spouse! I will create a crossword game from the clues & answers you write and provide to me. I will also include your photos, names, colors, and wedding date. Other information can be included too — just ask!

Here are just a FEW ideas of some crossword clues to get your started:

• city where you met
• location of your first date
• how many years you've been together
• name of the best man or maid of honor
• where you got engaged
• flavor of the wedding cake
  … the possibilities are endless!

Printed Specs:

• 5.5" x 8.5"
• 2-sided, full color
• Professionally printed on uncoated 120 lb. card stock
• Rounded corners (optional)
• Blank A9 envelopes included, choice of: white, natural, kraft, scarlet, navy, black, and metallic gold, silver, rose, and crystal.

Your Custom Wedding Crossword Includes:

• Up to 20 crossword clues (with corresponding answers)
• Names and wedding date
• List of answers (upside down on the back side)
• Colors can be customized to your wedding colors
• One photo of the couple to go on the back side, with the puzzle answers.
• One photo to serve as the background of your crossword puzzle. You can use the ocean pic in the example, or provide one of your own. Since the puzzle will be overlaid on top of it, general scenery/nature photos work best.

We can also explore stock photo options if you're looking for a particular background image. Additional cost is generally $10-$35, but depends on the photo.

Beginning January 2024:
Standard processing time for design, production, and delivery is a minimum of 3 weeks. This allows:

• 1 week for design, checking the proof, and revisions
• 1 week for printing/production
• 1 week for delivery (Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days, but I prefer to allow at least one week as a buffer)

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROCESSING TIME BEGINS AFTER I'VE RECEIVED ALL WEDDING DETAILS.**
You should factor in additional time to complete my questionnaire and provide any photos or other necessary information. Actual timeline is dependent on how quickly you provide these details, respond to proofs, and give feedback/revisions. The number of revision rounds may also delay the process.

Once you’ve placed the order, I will provide a schedule of deadlines based on your event date, and keep you updated on your ship date as we go!

The Process:

1. Place your order online and provide payment
2. Within 24 hours, I will email you links to your questionnaire to gather wedding details.
3. Content: Complete the questionnaire and submit high-res photos as needed.
4. Proof: After receiving your completed questionnaire, your 1st PDF proof is emailed within 3 business days.
5. Revisions: each revised proof can take 1-2 business days.
6. Final approval of proof is required before printing begins.
7. Printing/Production: 1 week
8. Delivery: 2-3 business days*

*Delivery time is an estimate given by USPS and is not guaranteed. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.

Overnight shipping via FedEx is also available for an additional fee.

Rush orders are sometimes available, depending on my current schedule. Please contact me before placing your order to ensure I can accommodate your event date. There is an added fee for rush orders; cost is dependent on the overall timing.

All text is customizable and determined by you. I can provide examples and suggestions as needed.

Photos

Photos you provide must be high-resolution to result in a quality printed product (generally larger file sizes are better). They will sometimes be marked "300 dpi" or "Print Resolution" when downloading from a photographer.

Fonts & Design Style

Fonts and the overall design style used are as pictured in this listing. If you’d like to explore different fonts or change other major aspects of the design, please contact me for a quote!

Proofs + Revisions

Three (3) PDF proofs are included with your order: the initial proof, plus two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions after the 3rd proof are subject to a $25 fee per proof.

Approval

Final approval is required before sending your order to print. Please check the proof carefully. I always do my best to fix obvious errors when I see them, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure all information, grammar, and spelling is correct before approving the proof to be printed.

After approval, the final is immediately sent to the printer, and any further changes will require additional fees to reprint your order.

Returns
